Honing her skills over a career that has spanned both the public and private sectors, Lauren brings her passion for working with others to each coaching session. Lauren has held leadership positions in public accounting, consulting, manufacturing, the transportation industry and the Federal government. Nine of those years were spent as co-owner/operator of a sport fishing marina and tiki bar, where she learned some of her most valuable lessons. 
 
Most recently, Lauren has retired from the Federal Senior Executive
Service to become President of an industry association in Washington, DC.
Through each of Lauren’s diverse professional experiences, her emphasis is on creating effective relationships with others, while laying a foundation that has allowed her to make a lasting, positive impact on others lives.
 
As a lifelong learner, she has continued to study post-university
and has graduated from the Federal Executive Institute’s “Leadership for a Democratic Society” program and Georgetown University’s Executive Leadership for Transformational Coaching Certificate program. Most recently, Lauren became a certified professional offering the Leadership Circle Profile Assessment tool.

Lauren brings a calm, positive and strategic approach to meetings, offering clients a safe space to explore possibilities for their future. She offers her clients coaching, mentoring and business skill development services. Your first meeting will be focused on your needs, your goals and what you believe will best help you grow.

Lauren is an Associate Certified Coach and member of the
International Coaching Federation, and is bound by the 
ICF Code of Ethics. Lauren has also earned the Leadership Circle Profile Certification, 
which allows her to administer the Leadership Circle Profile assessment tool.
